Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Go Mancala, operated by REXCODE DIGITAL LTD.
Using the service
You may play as a guest or create an account. Guests can play but cannot send chat or private/friend messages, upload/edit avatars, or publish social/profile content. Registered accounts are required for those features. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and use only accounts you are authorised to control. The service is provided for personal entertainment and lawful use.
Fair play
Do not cheat, automate moves, exploit bugs, interfere with matchmaking, manipulate ratings or rewards, evade blocks or moderation, impersonate another person, or disrupt the service. Authoritative server results and reasonable anti-abuse controls determine valid matches, rewards and ratings.
User content and conduct
Registered-user usernames, avatars and chat must follow the Community Standards. Do not submit illegal, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, fraudulent or privacy-invasive material. We may restrict chat, remove content, suspend access or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance or service integrity.
Reports and complaints
Match and message reporting tools are available in the service. We review reports proportionately and may contact a reporter through account notifications. A player may raise a moderation or safety complaint at safety@gomancala.com or in writing to the registered office listed on the Contact page. Include the username, approximate time and relevant room or match code without sending passwords.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Go Mancala available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, pause or retire features for security, legal, operational or product reasons. Go Mancala does not currently offer paid digital items for sale.
Intellectual property
Go Mancala software, branding and original presentation belong to REXCODE DIGITAL LTD or its licensors. These terms do not restrict rights in the traditional Mancala game itself.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or rights that apply to consumers. Subject to those protections, the service is provided with reasonable care and we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
Ending access
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security threats, legal requirements or misuse. Account deletion may not remove records that must be retained for safety, fraud prevention, disputes or legal compliance.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory rights and may be entitled to bring proceedings where you live.
